Remarks

Last Annual Inspection 7/2015 (Arizona Aircraftsman, Prescott, AZ)
Always Hangared

I have the results of a recent title search, registration, accident / incident report and airworthiness, that I purchased from the AOPA. All are clear and you are welcome to that information if you would like me to print it out and/or email it to you. The aircraft has NO Damage History. All Logs.
This is a great low time aircraft that was used by me to go to my home in Pagosa Springs, CO. elevation 7700’. In the summer the density altitude consistently was above 10,000’. The factory turbo did a great job and has been maintenance free. I have owned several aircraft and this is by far the best. If you remove the Rnav and Loran you would have plenty of room for any GPS you want. The Collins have also been maintenance free and you might want to consider keeping one of those for your back up.

The aircraft is hangared on the North side of Deer Valley, KDVT. Let me know if you would like to see it.

I have my maintenance done at Arizona Aircraftsman up in Prescott. They did the top overhaul on the engine when I bought the aircraft and have maintained the aircraft since 1988. They have done a great job for me and the previous owners. I believe there were 2/3 owners before me.
